The terms and conditions listed below apply to all purchases of products in the online shop at poulhavgaard.com – By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices listed are i euros and are included VAT.

In order to offer the maximum security during the payment process, all payment transactions are processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe.

We accept payments made by credit or debit card with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

We reserve the right to make changes in prices and correct errors in texts without prior notice to the customers.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping to all countries within EU – The delivery time is about 5-10 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Jewelry purchased on poulhavgaard.com can be exchanged for a different size, exchanged for another product, or refunded within 3 weeks (21 days) from the day you receive the item.

For purchases made in November and December, the exchange and return period is extended until 19 January.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the item to us is paid by the customer.
  
• For a size exchange, we cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you once.
  
• If you request an additional size exchange for the same order, both the return shipping and the shipping of the new size will be paid by the customer.
  

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
