The terms and conditions listed below apply to all purchases of products in the online shop at poulhavgaard.com – By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices listed are i euros and are included VAT.
In order to offer the maximum security during the payment process, all payment transactions are processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe.
We accept payments made by credit or debit card with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
We reserve the right to make changes in prices and correct errors in texts without prior notice to the customers.
It has been necessary to adjust our prices, due to increases in production costs as well as significant increases in the market price of sterling silver since we last changed our prices.
If you have reserved a piece of jewelry with us before the price changes, you will be able to buy the piece at the price at the time it was reserved. In that case, write to us at email@example.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping to all countries within EU – The delivery time is about 5-10 business days.
For customers living in countries outside the EU, we offer the choice between certified or express shipping with tracking code. The delivery time outside the EU with certified shipping is between 1-3 weeks depending on the country. We will make sure your order is shipped quickly and usually it arrives within a week, but we cannot guarantee that delivery time as it depends on the local delivery conditions. Express shipping is delivered within approx. 5 days.
Shipping options and costs can be calculated and listed on the checkout page before payment.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
A purchased jewelry on our website can be exchanged for a different size / other jewelry or refunded within 3 weeks from the day you receive the jewelry.
We extend this period in December for christmas gifts to 7 weeks counting from the day you received the item.
The jewelry must not be used or bear signs of use and must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received. The shipment costs of the item to be returned, is paid by the customer.
If you want to exchange for another size or another piece of jewelry, we will pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Before shipping the product, please send us an email with the subject RETURNS to firstname.lastname@example.org with info about the jewelry and new size.
For refunds, we will refund the amount of the returned item as soon as we have received it.
