A purchased jewelry on our website can be exchanged for a different size / other jewelry or refunded within 3 weeks from the day you receive the jewelry.

For online purchases made up to Christmas in November and December, the exchange right is extended until 19 January.

The jewelry must not be used or bear signs of use and must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received. The shipment costs of the item to be returned, is paid by the customer.

If you want to exchange for another size or another piece of jewelry, we will pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Before shipping the product, please send us an email with the subject RETURNS to jewelry@poulhavgaard.com with info about the jewelry and new size.

For refunds, we will refund the amount of the returned item as soon as we have received it.
