Jewelry purchased at poulhavgaard.com can be exchanged for a different size, exchanged for another product, or refunded within 3 weeks (21 days) from the day you receive the item.

For purchases made in December, the exchange and return period is extended to 7 weeks (49 days).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the item to us is paid by the customer.
  
• For a size exchange, we cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you once.
  
• If you request an additional size exchange for the same order, both the return shipping and the shipping of the new size will be paid by the customer.
  

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
